As an online chocolate shop and small business, we love shipping orders. It means happiness is on its way to you! Our shipping rates are priced based on weight via USPS Shipping Calculator and we ship via Regular Priority and Express. Please read the following information carefully!
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation, and once it is processed (meaning a shipping label has been created), you will also receive an email with tracking information.
To ensure the integrity of our chocolates, we ship out only on Mondays and Tuesdays via USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail, (holidays excluded).
We strongly advise you to check your email for shipping notifications to receive your chocolates in a timely manner. Regular Priority Mail usually takes between 1-3 business days (however, there may be delays from the shipment carrier out of our control). If you live somewhere warmer than 65 F, please select Express Mail to avoid melted chocolates during transit.
Each order is checked, prepared, and packed by hand with love. During warmer months and those states living in warmer climates, shipping options may show “Express Priority Mail” only to ensure the chocolates do not melt during transit. We check the weather of each state weekly and will offer other shipping options once it is safe to do so.
Refund & Return Policy
As chocolate is a perishable item, we have a no return policy. In addition, we have a no refund policy on all products once they are shipped out. On that note, we do our best to insulate and pack all your orders with care, but cannot be held responsible for any melted or damaged chocolates that may occur during shipping/delivery due to shipping delays or other things beyond our control.
This includes: shipping delays/damage by the mail carrier, incorrect or incomplete shipping address, damage caused by an animal during transit, chocolates melted in the mailbox due to lack of tracking the order or not being available to receive the order, melted chocolates due to weather changes, or lost packages by the mail carrier. Unfortunately, these are all conditions outside of our control. We thank you for understanding and for choosing our chocolates! Rest assured, we are doing everything on our end to make sure you have a quality chocolate experience.
Should you need to cancel your order or make any changes prior to shipping (we ship out every Monday and Tuesday), please send an email to email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
We currently only ship within the continental United States.
Delivery Option (Saturdays Only)
We offer local delivery within the Los Angeles County (within a 20 mile radius of our kitchen in Northridge) for $5. Minimum order of $35 required.
We will coordinate with you via email to confirm a phone number, address, and time. All deliveries will be made curbside, or left at your door with a text message to confirm delivery.
